Register yourself on Age Well Medicine and log in to your account. Then go to the order detail page. If the product you want to return is eligible for exchange or return, an option will be given to you. You can follow the procedure to make a return request by providing a reason that will be reviewed by our team. However, you will be asked for additional clarifications for damaged or defective products.

If your return is approved, you will be given a complete refund to your account. Please note that you will only get the product payment however shipping fee is non-refundable. Make sure to return the products in original and secure packaging so that we receive them back in perfect condition. We are not responsible for any return package loss or damage during transit.
